• By requesting a ride through the Service, you agree to pay the applicable fare and any additional charges incurred during the ride.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a ride, including your location and destination.

Payment:

Payment for rides will be processed through the Service using the payment method you have provided. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your use of the Service, including applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel a ride request at any time before the driver arrives, subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Drivers may also cancel a ride request under certain circumstances, such as safety concerns or inability to reach the pickup location.

Intellectual Property:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jadu Ride and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Jadu Ride, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jadu Ride, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Guwahati jurisdiction only, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 day's notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
